DRAFT BOARD GENIE TEXT MESSAGE VERIFICATION
1. To use the premium features of the Draft Board Genie, users are required to go through an authentication process whereby a 6-digit code will be texted to your mobile device. You'll need to authenticate every time you enter the secured portion of the Draft Board Genie app. You'll receive one text message every time you attempt to log in, and by providing your number, you are authorizing us to send you a text message for authentication purposes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 314-912-1574. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 314-961-KITS.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 text for each log in attempt you make. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The Draft Board Genie is an app provided by Bruno’s Draft Kits (aka “Bruno’s Draft Boards” or simply “Bruno’s”) that allows you to create a custom draft board, primarily used for but not limited to fantasy sports drafts. 

All Draft Board Genie (aka “The Genie” or “Genie”) users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. This Policy places certain restrictions on the content you can upload, the designs you create, and how you use The Genie.

Bruno’s reserves the right to determine whether content violates this Policy at its sole discretion. This Policy may be updated from time to time.

Anti-discrimination

Bruno’s does not support and will not tolerate its Service being used to discriminate against others, especially when based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin. You are not permitted to use the Service in a manner which would or would likely incite, promote or support such discrimination and you must not use the Service to incite or promote hostility or violence. If we believe in our sole determination that your use of the Service is being used to discriminate, especially if based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin, we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason.

Using AI Products

You are responsible for any text you type in, or images or other content you upload, to AI Products (Input) as well as the resulting material you generate, such as images or text. By using our AI Products, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions needed to use your Input. You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output complies with these terms before using or sharing it.

As between you and Bruno’s, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your ownership rights to your Input, and we own your Output, except for:

• You have the ability to access your files for some period of time into the future which may change from time to time (as of April 20, 2026 this time period is 16 months into the future).  You can use these files to create draft boards on our site/app. 

Due to the nature of our technology, and artificial intelligence in general, outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Outputs from our AI Products. Your ownership above does not extend to other users’ Outputs.

You may use your Output for any lawful purpose, provided that you comply with these terms and that you accept that any such use is at your own risk.

Bruno’s may impose limits on the number of Outputs you can create and interactions you can have with AI Products, including usage limits, rate limits or fair use limits on specific AI-powered features (each, an AI Usage Limit).

AI Usage Limits are operational controls and not fixed entitlements. Bruno’s may modify AI Usage Limits or access to specific AI-powered features, for example, to maintain system performance, fairness, security, or reliability. If you reach an AI Usage Limit, you may experience slowdowns, pauses or other restrictions until the applicable AI Usage Limit resets. Usage consumption may vary depending on the AI Product or interaction.

Some AI Products may not be available in all countries or languages.

Using AI Products with Licensed Content

When you use our AI Products to create Output that incorporates or modifies Bruno’s library content, your ownership of the Output is subject to the license you’re granted to the Licensed Content. For example:

• If you use an AI Product to edit a photo from the Bruno’s library, you won’t own this Output;
• If you use an AI Product to generate a draft board, you’ll own the draft board which we print and send to you, and you can use the AI generated photos to make other draft boards in your account.  You will not own the individual photos or graphics used to create that draft board. 

You give Bruno’s the right to use your draft board design for promotional purposes.  To revoke this, send message to customer.service@brunosdraftkits.com.

General Use

You agree not to upload content, create designs, or use The Genie, directly or indirectly, in any manner that:

1. Promotes, encourages or creates a risk of physical or mental harm, violence, emotional distress, death, disability, or disfigurement to yourself, any person, or animal;
2. Promotes or creates a risk of harm, loss, or damage to any property;
3. Seeks to or otherwise harms, grooms, abuses, sexualizes or exploits children (anyone under the age of 18);
4. Is harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, libelous, bullying, or threatening;
5. Discriminates, incites, or promotes discrimination or is otherwise abusive against others based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin, or any other basis;
6. Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or contains intimate images shared without consent;
7. Displays children under 18 without their consent;
8. Involves the sale or promotion of illegal activities, products, or services;
9. Is fraudulent or promotes fraudulent activity;
10. Violates the rights of any individual or third party, including their intellectual property and data privacy rights;
11. Contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or due to confidentiality, contractual, or fiduciary duties;
12. Contains any information or disinformation that is false, deceptive, or misleading or otherwise promotes, endorses, encourages, or facilitates the spread of false information;
13. Violates any applicable law or promotes activities that are illegal in nature, including terrorism;
14. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMAGES CREATED AND UPLOADED
